freakin MC Escher getting all up in my brain

#incidentally #this is the show in a nutshell
We don’t film in chronological order so the last shot we filmed was me, Matt and Arthur going into the TARDIS. Then Matt closed the door for the last time and we were in darkness.
We hugged and started crying. It was kind of tears of happiness. It was a feeling of ‘Look at what we’ve done’. It was lovely.

DW moments that made me sad

“I’ve been looking for a word. A big complicated word, but so sad. I found it now.” “What word?” “Alive. I’m alive.” “Alive isn’t sad.” “It’s sad when it’s over.” - “There’s something I didn’t get to say to you.” “Goodbye.” “No. I just wanted to say ‘hello’. Hello Doctor. It’s so very, very nice to meet you.”

This is the best line in almost any TV series ever but you really only understand the enormity and profundity of it if you are familiar with the whole show’s mythology and it’s just so beautiful and I was in the bath and I cried.
